The # 1 Indicator that you might have a marketing problem.

If you are sitting around and scratching your head thinking: “ I don’t have enough people to talk to.. or I don’t know who to talk to...or whoever I talk to is not qualified, motivated, ready to buy/sell…”

.. this most likely is the # 1 Indicator that you have a Marketing Problem in your Real Estate Business.

The Traditional wisdom we as agents are getting is:

“ It’s a Numbers’s Game! … therefore we MUST do all the things in our marketing in order to generate more leads, so we have more people to talk to…so, we need to be everywhere, talk to everybody, be everything our clients need and want us to be…

And that we MUST do ALL THE Things to succeed in this Business!

We MUST be on all social media platforms, all the time, we need to be present everywhere, we need to run ads, we need to do direct mail, talk to our people, Door Knocking, Open Houses, call FSBO, Expireds, Cold Calling...do all the things...buy Zillow leads, Realtor leads, etc… create a referral network with agent nationwide… 

… what this belief actually do, is have us rush from one thing, to the next

...which leads to feeling a lot of Overwhelm & Confusion 

...because we’re trying to do all of the things and we never go DEEP with ONLY ONE THING. 

In order to do all of the things below, you’ll also need to be disciplined to do it, they say consistency is the name of the game, and it is but in order to do ALL of the ABOVE and stay consistent, you’ll need a lot of Will Power.

that we’re told that matter

Focus on what really matters and that aligns with you and your ideal client.

The 1st step is to know who is the person you serve, where you can most likely find them, and what their problem is, and how you help them solve it.

The 2nd step is to create a simple marketing plan to help you talk to them.

Valuable content + Offers, and doing it consistently.

1 conversation could lead to hundreds and thousands of dollars..

So, let’s talk about it in more details…

Not all content you put out there gives value...why?...because it actually needs to be Valuable.

When you put out content… ask yourself how is this valuable to your ideal clients? Is it really valuable or is it like everything else they see in their feed? Does it stand out? Does it say your truth? How useful or important is this to your client?

Get really clear on your message, and what is important & useful to your ideal client. Your message also needs to tell your truth (what do you really want to say to them?), because thrust me, people work with people who they can connect with and relate to them personally… be authentic out there... even if you need to be a little vulnerable.

Your Offer is something people want, especially if they really liked the value you give out. It tells people that you’re available to help solve their problem.

Your Offer could be FREE and/or Paid.

Creating your offer starts with seeing how this offer is valuable to your people.

… and when you nail down your valuable content & your offer in your marketing,

and you have a plan to execute and do it on a consistent basis, you’ll start talking to quality leads and start having more sales conversations.

Focus on One Platform to put out valuable content, and spend the rest of the time just talking to people.

Having a Solid Marketing Structure is a key to generate more quality leads online.

There are unlimited ways to do it…

Where is your ideal client hanging out?

...your own personal circle,

online: groups, networking events,

social media, Zillow FSBOs and Make me Move...


Get Really Clear on your Message:

  • Who do you work with and the result they want, so you get good at articulating it to them ( aka your copy), try to say it in a simple, clear way and use their own words.
  • Write 1 post that talks to their Problem.
  • Make an Offer with your solution.
  • Simple, clear, in their own words....then just 
  • Keep Practicing & Making More of those Offers to more people, Getting"No's", Evaluating each "No" and tweaking.

Now, Block time on your calendar to do the above every day for 21 days at least.


Because once you have this all figured out, there is no more confusion, no more following shiny objects, just consistent and focused action on what really matters to get you the results you want in your real estate business.
